New products are added to the store semi-quarterly. Keep an eye out for updates on the store's social media pages.

Can I make a custom request for a product featuring a specific character?

Unfortunately, the store does not currently accept custom requests. However, the store regularly adds new products featuring popular characters, so keep an eye out for new releases. But do feel free to email shop.babsdraws@gmail.com with your ideas, and who knows what could happen ;)

What is the return/exchange policy for products purchased on this website?

We do not currently accept exchanges or returns because all of our products are made small batch, and are often on a pre-order basis. There are always exceptions to the rule, so if you have questions feel free to email shop.babsdraws@gmail.com

How long does shipping take for products purchased on this website?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but the store aims to process and ship orders within 7-21 business days, unless the item is pre-order which is specified in the item description. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.

What payment methods are accepted on this website?

The store accepts major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal and ShopPay.

Why is my package stuck in pre-shipment? 

We try our best to make our trips to the post office more economical, so we try to send all of our packages in big batches rather than making small trips!
